Quality Assurance

In 2000, with the sole purpose of offering a better service level, ELINSA adopted a Quality Management System in keeping with the requirements of the UNE-EN-ISO 9001 standard. This standard is reviewed and adapted continuously, nowadays to fit the 2008 requirements.

The ongoing purpose is that of continued improvement and customer satisfaction. Based on this, improvement goals are periodically reviewed, through the definition of measurable values, attainable in nature, and in keeping with the direction towards which efforts should be oriented.

The general guidelines for the achievement of these objectives are:

  1. Full satisfaction of the interested parties (customers, suppliers, personnel, etc.) providing services in keeping with the requirements, needs and expectations, including the standards of reference or legislation in effect.
  2. To comply with the requirements established as per the UNE-EN-ISO 9001:2008 standard.
  3. To improve service, by detecting and immediately repairing any mistake, through customized follow-up.
  4. To establish a documented standardization to ensure quality of services.
