There is a Workplace Hazard Prevention Management System which works towards ensuring:
- The identification, assessment and effective control of the hazards associated to the different jobs with the sole purpose of minimizing work-related accidents and disease.
- Employee and workplace adaptation through systematic surveillance of the employee’s health condition.
- The planning of preventive activities to implement the necessary measures for prevention and protection and ongoing follow-up of their effectiveness and efficiency.
Any activity related to the prevention of workplace hazards is coordinated through a Prevention Manager who ensures that the management and those in charge of the different departments integrate and comply with the prevention plan for the activities carried out.
